Research and Extension:
Dr. Boeri focuses his extension and research efforts on crucial aspects of turfgrass management. These include water quantity and quality, fertilizer use, turfgrass selection, and effective weed and pest management. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Boeri has practical experience in the turfgrass industry, where he assisted golf courses, sports fields, and commercial lawns, in addressing management challenges related to weeds and pests. At Texas A&M, his mission entails promoting environmentally sustainable turfgrass management practices that enhance the functionality, and uniqueness of Texas’ diverse geographical regions.
