Visiting Assistant Professor, Interdisciplinary Agriculture with Emphasis in Animal Science, nine-month appointment beginning Fall Semester, September 1, 2018. Opportunity for summer employment available. Possible 3 year appointment to be renewed annually.

Position is 79% teaching and 25% variable with research and service activities


An earned doctorate in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Communications, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Leadership, Agricultural Engineering Technology, Plant and Soil Sciences, or a closely related field. ABD candidates may be considered. Evidence of actual or potential success in online teaching, research, and service is also expected. Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language are required. Must have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
