Brazil:  Brazilian Agriculture and Food Production Systems (SCSC 420/620) – Led by Dr. Terry Gentry, this course studies the agriculture practices and culture related to soil, water, and forest conservation and management in Brazil. Must be Junior or senior.

Mexico:  International Agricultural Research Centers – Mexico (SCSC 421/621) – Led by Dr. Steve Hague, this course studies international agricultural research, CIMMYT interaction, modern and underdeveloped tropical ag systems and a critical evaluation of international ag issues and research programs. Must be a junior or senior.

United Kingdom:  Natural Resources and Agricultural Sustainability in UK (SCSC 423/623) – Led by Dr. Jacqueline Aitkenhead-Peterson, this course studies the environmental impacts and sustainability of agriculture in the UK and compares their practices to those in the U.S. Must be a junior or senior.
